Accessories (slipmats, protective sleeves, cleaning products, frames, adapters), t-shirts, socks, collectible figures (Handmade by Robots, Funko Pop), calendars and patches.

How it works

These items do not count toward the free shipping threshold for records and never ship for free.

If your order includes both records and accessories, the flat rate is added to the shipping cost of the records (or to free shipping if your records reach the threshold).

In-store pickup remains free for all items.

Multiple orders

Shipping fees are based on the total weight of the package. The cost may vary depending on the number of items ordered and their format (double vinyl, box set, special edition, etc.).

Carriers and delivery times

We ship with Canada Post, Purolator and UPS. All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours of purchase (Monday to Friday).

CDs and vinyl records are always shipped with a tracking number.

Islands and remote areas

For islands and remote areas (Magdalen Islands, Anticosti, Lower North Shore, Newfoundland islands, etc.), additional fees may apply. We will contact you before shipping.

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is available at any time. Simply select the "Pickup" option when you place your order.

You can also call us during opening hours and we will put an item aside for you.
