Return Conditions
New, Unopened Products
Returns are accepted only if the product is new, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be made within 45 days of purchase.
Defective Products
Defective products may be returned for an exchange.
We reserve the right to test defective products in store to verify the validity of the return.
Store Credit
No refunds will be issued.
Eligible returns will receive store credit only.
Returns by Mail
A flat fee of $13 applies to returns by mail.
