Refund policy
At Freeson Rock, we are committed to offering quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here is how returns and exchanges work.
Returns must be made within 45 days of purchase.
An eligible return can be refunded. Return costs are paid by the customer.
We provide the return label for a flat fee of $15. Please contact us first for return instructions.
Conditions
New products
Accepted only if they are new, unopened and in their original packaging.
Defective products
Defective products can be returned for an exchange. We reserve the right to test them in store to confirm the defect.
Proof of purchase
No returns are accepted without proof of purchase.
Exceptions
Used products
Used products can be neither exchanged nor returned.
T-shirts
All t-shirts are final sale: no exchanges and no refunds.
Pre-orders
A pre-order that is still new and sealed can be returned within 45 days, in store or by mail ($15 return label paid by the customer), for store credit only. No refunds, unless the item is defective or the release was delayed.
