Shipping policy

Standard rate with tracking number. Free shipping on orders of $80 or more.

Standard rate with tracking number. Free shipping on orders of $120 or more. Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: $25 flat rate per order, no free shipping.

Standard rate with tracking number. Free shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Accessories (slipmats, protective sleeves, cleaning products, frames, adapters), t-shirts, socks, collectible figures, calendars and patches. These items do not count toward the free shipping threshold for records. In-store pickup remains free.

Multiple items

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the parcel. The cost may vary depending on the number of items and their format (double vinyl, box set, special edition, etc.).

All orders ship within 24 to 48 business hours of purchase (Monday to Friday).

Carriers

We ship with Canada Post, Purolator and UPS.

Islands and remote areas

For islands and remote areas (Magdalen Islands, Anticosti, Lower North Shore, Newfoundland islands, etc.), additional fees may apply. We will contact you before shipping.

In-store pickup

In-store pickup is always available: simply choose the "Pick up in store" option at checkout.

You can also call us during business hours and we will set an item aside for you.
