We would be happy to give you an appraisal, in store or at your home. Pricing depends on the condition and rarity of each title. You get paid in cash or store credit, with 20% more if you choose credit.

How to sell your records

  • A few records: bring them to the store during our opening hours and we will appraise them on the spot.
  • A large collection: we can come to your home to appraise it. Email us a list or photos of your collection, or call us to book an appointment.
  • On the North Shore? Drop off your collection for appraisal at Addison Électronique, 1635 Le Corbusier Blvd., Laval (H7S 1Z3). Contact Marc before you go.

What we buy

  • Vinyl, CDs and cassettes, single items or whole collections.
  • All genres: we specialize in metal and progressive rock, but we also buy rock, jazz, blues, soul, French-language music and more.

How do I get paid?
In cash or store credit. If you choose credit, you get 20% more.

Do I need an appointment?
For a few records, no: drop by the store during opening hours. For a large collection, contact Marc to set up the appraisal.

Do you come to people's homes?
Yes, for large collections. Send Marc a list or a few photos first: it helps us give you an idea before the appointment.

I'm on the North Shore, where can I drop off my records?
At Addison Électronique, 1635 Le Corbusier Blvd., Laval. Contact Marc before you go, then ask for Marc on site.

Should I clean my records first?
No. Keep them in their sleeves and carry them upright, packed snugly, so they don't warp. We appraise them as they are.

What happens to my records?
They are cleaned, graded for record and sleeve, then put back on sale in our used vinyl section, in store and online.
