Full payment required
Full payment is required to reserve your copy. Your item ships (or is set aside for pickup) as soon as it arrives in store.
No partial orders
An order that contains a pre-order item cannot be shipped or picked up in store before the pre-order's release date, even if the other items are already available.
To receive or pick up your in-stock items right away, please place two separate orders: one for the available items and one for the pre-order(s). No partial orders will be processed.
Shipping
Free shipping from $80 in Quebec, $120 in Canada and $150 in the United States, or free in-store pickup.
Release date
Release dates are set by the record labels and may change. If a release is delayed, we will notify you by email and you can keep your pre-order or cancel it at no charge. If the release is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.
Cancellation
You can cancel a pre-order at no charge up to 7 days before its release date, with a full refund. After that, the pre-order is final.
Returns
A pre-order received that is still new and sealed can be returned within 45 days for store credit only ($15 return label paid by the customer for returns by mail).
