Position Available: E-Commerce Clerk or E-Commerce Administrator

Are you looking for a stable job that will allow you to deepen your musical knowledge in a relaxed atmosphere, alongside a team passionate about music? Freeson Rock, a music store established in Montreal for 32 years, is currently looking for an E-Commerce Clerk.

This is a part-time position, ideal for someone seeking office work while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and write emails in English and French
• Manage unique situations across multiple web platforms
• Process orders with multiple suppliers
• Prepare, pack, and ship parcels
• Add, edit, or remove items online
• Assist on the sales floor (if needed)

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
• Good understanding of English (spoken and written)
• Basic computer skills
• Retail experience (an asset)
• Experience and knowledge in the music field (required)
• Resourceful, conscientious, and honest
• Professional and customer service-oriented

Salary: To be discussed based on experience.

Schedule: Evenings and weekends.
