This is a part-time position, ideal for someone looking for office work with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Handle and write emails in English and French
- Manage unique situations across several web platforms
- Manage orders with multiple suppliers
- Prepare, pack and ship parcels
- Add, edit and remove items online
- Assist on the sales floor (if needed)
Qualifications
- Excellent command of French (spoken and written)
- Good understanding of English (spoken and written)
- Basic computer skills
- Retail experience (an asset)
- Experience and knowledge in the music field (required)
- Resourceful, conscientious and honest
- Professional and customer service-oriented
